We are looking for an Office and Building Manager/ Sales Assistant to join our growing team. You’ll be working in an office environment with a group of professionals who take pride in their work and their relationships with our clients. We’re looking for someone who is a hard working, ambitious, self-starter. Our ideal candidate is outgoing, willing to network and engage with clients and a fast learner.


  • Maintain office and lobby aesthetics
  • Manage re-rent process
  • Complete new leases
  • Manage marketing for Murrill Properties and Daphne Square
  • Responsible for rental goals
  • Manage requests from tenants as needed
  • Answer phones
  • Order supplies for office
  • Make sure office is acceptable for clients
  • Communicate with management equipment needs and repairs
  • Schedule and oversee repairs and contractors
  • Follow up with aging reports
  • Schedule team building
  • Schedule team trainings
  • Handle office celebrations
  • Send thank you cards
  • Collect and keep up gift cards
  • manage office competitions
  • Keep closets organized and a list of inventory
  • Keep promo items and trade show items organized
  • Book company travel
  • Make sure building is locked and closed every day
  • Keep up with passwords and updates
  • Take out trash twice a week
  • Misc office duties that include making coffee, drycleaning or steaming tablecloths, cleaning and organizing, keeping up with keys and cameras etc.
  • Type up process changes and send out as assigned
  • Help write form emails
  • Data entry *could be basecamp or or other software
  • Manage calendar for lobby and conference room
  • Book Daphne cowork leases and collect money
  • Sit in on meetings as needed
  • Take notes as needed
  • Post to Google My Business
  • Assist with website checks as needed
  • Assist with proofing as needed
  • Attend networking groups as assigned
  • Create proposals in Proposify as needed
  • Reach out to clients who have purchased a logo to see if they need promo items
  • Sit in on new meetings
  • Create proposals
  • Manage media buys
  • Manage programmatic buys
  • Follow up on leads
  • Help onboard
  • Get credit card info and log ins as needed for clients
  • Confirm meetings for sales people
  • Go to tradeshows
  • Keep up with leads for sales people
  • Add new emails to email list.
  • Assist with events
  • Assist with social media content and management
  • Pull reports from sem rush
  • Keyword research
  • Other marketing, office and building duties as needed

This is an in-person position located in our offices in Daphne, Alabama

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $10.00 – $13.00 per hour
