Southern View Media was tasked with redesigning the website for Courtney and Morris Real Estate. The site needed to be user-friendly and connect to 3 MLS feeds for easy browsing of homes for sale. Their previous web development company was not able to connect their site to all 3 of the MLS listings they wanted: Baldwin, Mobile and Commercial. They also needed a way for multiple users to access different levels of the site and be able to update information, something that was not possible to do with the integrations they had installed.

Solutions:

Southern View Media’s design and development teams worked collaboratively to create a website that performed all of the key functionality the client needed. We were able to maintain the client’s brand standards while developing the custom integrations the client requested to meet their needs.

Results:

Courtney and Morris Real Estate has seen the average time spent on their website increase to four minutes per user, and the website’s traffic continues to increase month after month. Bounce rates have also dropped dramatically since the launch of the new site, altogether showing that users are more satisfied with the new Courtney and Morris website experience.
