MAWSS contacted Southern View Media to create a full, all-inclusive campaign directed towards improving the MAWSS public image. MAWSS deemed an image campaign necessary after a third rate increase in Fall 2019. The ultimate goal of the campaign was to educate the general public about the infrastructure and the need for the rate increase.

Solutions:

The Southern View Media team created an all-inclusive campaign titled “Keep Water Working”. The intended message was that MAWSS works hard to provide clean, reliable water to homes and businesses, ensuring that the water is safe to drink and to use for cleaning and sanitary needs.

Results:

The campaign crossed barriers as it included both traditional and new media, including television commercials and infomercials, billboards, print ads, Facebook/Instagram ads, Facebook and Instagram social content, YouTube Trueview ads and a fully-responsive website.
